Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders. Here's what to expect:
- Free UK Standard Delivery — 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery — available at checkout (next working day when ordered before 1pm)
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Returns
We want you to love Back in a Bit Waterproof Mascara. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's our returns policy:
- We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition
- We're unable to accept returns on opened or used mascara for hygiene reasons
How to Return
- Email us at hello@myskinreset.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and provide the return address
- Pack your item securely and send it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 working days
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@myskinreset.co.uk and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
